• Every Western Sugar Cooperative facility will have a quality management system in which to manage our process and final product based on "Food Safety," "Food Security," and "Good Manufacturing Practices."
• Training will be provided that will enable our employees to carry out their activities in accordance with the quality management system.
• Western Sugar Cooperative employees are responsible and accountable to provide a quality product for their customers.
• Each Western Sugar Cooperative facility will promptly investigate customer complaints and, where appropriate, initiate corrective action to prevent recurrence.
